Additional cancellation rights
New York members may have additional rights if a covered service does not provide referrals for a specified period. If you believe this applies to your membership, contact support@lectella.com and we will review the request in good faith.
Geographic and area policy
Lectella operates as an online platform. Your matches and introductions are not limited to a particular geographic area, and Lectella does not guarantee a defined service area for in-person meetings.
Court-action right
Nothing in our Terms or any other Lectella document waives any non-waivable right you have under New York law to bring a court action.
