Subscription and Cancellation Policy

1. Pricing

Membership is $59 per month. A basic tier with core features is available at no cost. Prices are in United States dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

2. Billing cycle

Membership is billed every month from the date you subscribe. Each billing cycle is one month.

3. Auto-renewal

Your subscription renews automatically every month at the then-current price until you cancel. You acknowledge auto-renewal at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email after each successful charge.

4. Payment processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. Lectella does not store your card details. Your card statement may show "Lectella" or a similar descriptor.

5. How to cancel

Cancel at any time online in your account settings. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. You do not need to call, email or speak to anyone to cancel.

6. After cancellation

You keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months except where required by law.

7. New York three-business-day right

If you are a New York member, you may cancel within three business days of the date you subscribed and receive a full refund. The full procedure, including the statutory Notice of Cancellation, is on the Notice of Cancellation page in the Legal Center. The button labelled "Cancel and request refund — New York three-day right" in your account settings is available during that window.

8. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge for a short period. If payment cannot be collected, your access will be paused until you update your payment method.

9. Chargebacks

If something is wrong with your subscription, please contact support@lectella.com first. We aim to resolve billing concerns quickly. If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us, your account may be paused while we investigate.

10. Changes to pricing

We may change prices. We will give you advance notice and apply the new price only on the next renewal.
