Notice of Cancellation (New York)

This page applies to New York members. You may cancel your subscription within three business days of the date you subscribed and receive a full refund.
How to cancel within the three-business-day window
You can send your cancellation notice in any of these ways:
- By email to support@lectella.com from the address on your account, with the subject line "NY 3-day cancellation".
- By sending the signed Notice of Cancellation below by email, or by post to the address shown.
We confirm receipt of your notice by email. To also stop future renewal, turn off automatic renewal in the subscription settings of the store where you purchased.

Business days
Business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
After three business days
After the three-business-day window closes, your subscription continues until you turn off automatic renewal in your store subscription settings. We do not refund partial periods except where required by law. See the Subscription and Cancellation Policy.
