Notice of Cancellation (New York)

This page applies to New York members. You may cancel your subscription within three business days of the date you subscribed and receive a full refund.

How to cancel within the three-business-day window

• Inside Lectella, open your account settings and use the "Cancel and request refund — New York three-day right" button.
• Or email support@lectella.com from the address on your account, with the subject line "NY 3-day cancellation".
• We will refund you within ten business days of receiving your notice.

Electronic delivery

Email delivery to support@lectella.com counts as written notice for this purpose. The in-product cancel-and-refund button has the same effect.

Business days

Business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

After three business days

After the three-business-day window closes, your subscription continues until you cancel through normal account settings, with no refund for partial months except where required by law. See the Subscription and Cancellation Policy.
