If something about a profile or a conversation feels wrong, report it. Reports are confidential.
How to report
- Inside Lectella, open the profile or the conversation and choose "Report".
- Or write to support@lectella.com with the email address on your account, the username or profile link, and a short description of the issue.
What we review
We review every report. Depending on what we find, we may warn, restrict features, suspend or permanently ban an account. Material violations result in termination without refund.
Fraud bans
If we determine that a member has engaged in fraud, we may permanently ban that member. Where required by law, we will notify certain New York members who have exchanged messages with that member, within the time and in the form required by law.
Outcomes
We do not guarantee any specific outcome for an individual report. We do not share the details of internal review with the reporter.
Emergency
Lectella cannot provide emergency assistance. In an emergency, contact local emergency services. In the United States, dial 911.
