Child Safety Standards
Last updated: September 29, 2026
These standards apply to Lectella, the app published by LECTELLA LTD on the App Store, and to the Lectella website.
1. Adults only
Lectella is for people aged 18 or older. Everyone confirms their age before creating a profile, and every profile passes a selfie check before other people can see it. Accounts that belong to anyone under 18 are removed as soon as we learn of them.
2. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
Lectella prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in every form. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualised content involving minors, grooming, sextortion, trafficking of minors, and any attempt to use Lectella to contact, solicit or endanger a minor. Content or behaviour of this kind leads to immediate and permanent removal of the account.
3. How to report
Every profile and every conversation in the app has a Report option, and you can block anyone at any time. You can also email support@lectella.com. Reports that involve a minor are reviewed by a person as a priority.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
4. What we do
When we become aware of child sexual abuse material or of conduct that exploits or endangers a minor, we remove the content, close the account, preserve the relevant records as the law requires, and report it to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). We cooperate with law enforcement; see Law enforcement requests.
5. Prevention
Every profile photo passes automated moderation before other people can see it, with human review where needed. Content that breaks these standards is rejected, and accounts reported for conduct involving minors are suspended while we investigate.
6. Child safety contact
Questions about these standards and notices about child safety concerns go to support@lectella.com.
